When I quit drinking milk, my basically-annual pedal-to-the-metal bronchial problems stopped completely and haven't ever come back. "Racism" didn't enter into my thinking.
I quit drinking milk because of the sugar content (lactose is sugar). My bronchial problems stopped mostly when my daughter was diagnosed with asthma and we got a fake Christmas tree. No more bronchitis when I was supposed to be singing on Christmas Eve!
