She makes about as much sense as the rest of the pack. Give that gal a podium at the next debate.
Equality of opportunity does not guarantee equality of results. When these people can guarantee equality of motivation, equality of intelligence, equality of perseverance, and a whole host of other factors, then we can talk.
I saw a tweet or something asking conservatives to send her a little money, just to keep her in the debates for another round. :-)

Yes, of course for the laughs! Although she's not necessarily more ridiculous than some of the others, she's just more blatantly ridiculous.
