Commentary on this and that found here and there on the Internet since 2001
I guess every region has its own version of the perfect hot dog. In RI it'sOlneyville New York System Hot Wieners. (pronounced Oneyville - no L.") It's a steamed hot dog served "all the way" - on a bun, with mustard, meat sauce, diced onion and celery salt. Four all the way is the typical order, served with Coffee Milk (pronounced "Cawfee Milk.") Seriously.
Ooops, grilled hot dog, steamed bun.
