This is so embarrassing. I liked Bill Weld back in the day, when he was governor. Thought he'd gone loony in'16. Now he thinks he can come back to the GOP? Hope there are still some sane people up in Cow Hampshire.
I can't imagine what Weld thinks he has to offer GOP voters in general. Maybe the establishment squish donors might like him.
