We watch the Trump coronavirus press conferences. Once it opens to questions, we usually have to turn it off because some leftist idiot pretending to be a journalist asks a stupid "gotcha" question. They don't care at all about the information that has been presented; they don't ask for details or clarification; they only want to try to injure Trump.
Katherine, I can pick up on that even though I don't use TV or radio or engage the sound on video more than occasionally when I read news, just from their facial expressions/body language (often even weirder in screencaps), and, of course, reading transcripts. They were already deranged WRT W Bush, and it was clear before DJT was even inaugurated that they would exceed that yugely. But even given that, I have continued to underestimate just how nuts, and malicious, they are. Sometimes it's hilarious; sometimes it's just creepy. Usually it's a combination. How grotesquely bizarre.
