Public relations??? Broward County, like Miami-Dade before it, deliberately stopped discipline measures because they didn't want to look bad on federal statistics. The Broward shooter has a Hispanic name, so ... don't do anything effective about him or for him.
According to local news reports, Wake County Public Schools (the Raleigh area) are about to embark on the same dangerous voyage. Stay tuned for the crying when someone gets killed.
