I wonder if they would walk off the field if the stands were full of fans. I doubt that the fans would take it kindly. This is more like a made for TV protest.
They are all dead to me now. MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL. NASCAR is close; if they canonize Bubba Wallace again or engage in any other BLM virtue-signaling, they, too, will go down the memory hole. PGA Tour is also on life support, since their primary TV network, CBS, is so totally, infuriatingly woke, 24/7. Well, a pox on all their houses. Who needs them, anyway? I'm remembering how much fun it is to read actual books and go play golf with my friends.
College sports will die next, once our Overlords deign to permit normal life to begin again after the Black Sniffles finally are acknowledged not to have been the Black Plague. I'm guessing November 4.

I wish I could say that meaningfully, but I never did give a cr*p.
I used to. I don't now. Which is about it, I guess.

I wonder if the local TV station dare switch to a commercial during?

Ah, the As(terisk)ros.
Pay no attention to the banging trashcan in the dugout.
Tell you what, D. It astonishes me how little I care about this crap anymore.
