OK, this something to eat when you plan to run the Ironman carrying a sumo wrestler the whole way.
Nope. Went low carb, high fat, lost 30 pounds, no more pre-diabetes. This thing has bread. Wouldn't want to go into the larger life carrying extra carbs. :-)
