I'm going to be 65 in October and I can remember a time when "Missouri" and "Democratic Party" were basically interchangeable terms. There were Republican congressional districts here and there (I lived in one of them when I was growing up) but the Democrats ran this place, no question about it. I still remember the astonishment among the media here when John Danforth was elected Republican state Attorney General.
Now? There are Democratic congressman in the cities of St. Louis and Kansas City. Otherwise, the state's congressional delegation is GOP, the GOP has a supermajority in the General Assembly, all state-wide offices are held by Republicans, the governor's a Republican and I can't see ANY Democrat here seriously challenging any of that. And this kid just gets more and more impressive.
Hawley is certainly right about Google. Choose your rules, Google. You're either a public platform not responsible for content or, if you edit content the way you are now, you're a publisher liable for what you publish.

Very important, especially on the second point.
I still think it's a LITTLE too early for the guy. He'd only been AG for two years before he made the Senate run. But I'm persuadable.
Yeah, he is raw. 2028 at the earliest makes the most sense.
I can see a Haley/Hawley ticket in 2024 which I guess pushes Hawley four more years down the road. He has plenty of time. But on the other hand...
