Yash, your side wrote those rules a long time ago. Don't bitch at us when we apply your own rules to you. But if you want to change them back to their original civilized decency, fine. Mind you, we're not going to take your word for it. Lots of "Missourians" over here now.

Well, yeah, Kavanaugh rules apply, but also: Hannah-Jones actually wrote this hateful screed twenty-five years ago, AND her subsequent career shows clearly that she hasn't changed since then.
Kavanaugh almost certainly never did what they accused him of (for which there was no reliable evidence), nor does his subsequent career show any such behavior.
She grew up in Waterloo, Iowa. The genus 'white people' includes her entire portfolio of maternal-side relatives and at least one of the men who have been married to or sired children for her two sisters. And if you don't mind a crass observation, her maternal-side grandparents (one an employee of an electronics factory and one a housewife who had had a brief stint as a schoolteacher) were compelled by her mother to swallow hard. She and her older sister were born before her parents were married; her father was a city bus driver before he was adjudicated (or declared himself) disabled. Her sister (now divorced) has over the years been married to or borne children by three men, one of whom was apparently from a family that produces more than its share of felons.
