And I don't see how this does anything but help Trump politically. The people in Cali who hate Trump are going to keep right on hating him while what few Cali supporters Trump has probably agree wholeheartedly with this assessment. Why should Sacramento keep being allowed to waste more and more American tax dollars to continue its failed policies?

He has also revoked their right to set emissions standards so high that no remaining Middle Class person in CA would be able to afford to drive to work. Not that there very many Middle Class persons still left in CA that haven't been reduced to homelessness already.
AND Trump just announced an upcoming EPA citation against San Francisco for pollution, including feces and used needles, washing into the bay.
