A couple things, dumbass.
(1) "We" WERE well on our way to "responding to people's needs" until Nanner McBotox popped a cap in the previously-agreed-to stimulus package in favor of a bill with a whole lot of "completely dangerous and unacceptable" Democratic crap that had absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with the country's current situation. Company board "diversity," paying off the student loans of Gender Studies majors/Starbucks baristas, givingMurder Inc. Planned Parenthood, millions and millions more public dollars, etc. Basically, every single Democratic garbage proposal since Trump's election.
(2) Even with the able efforts at cover from theDemocratic Party Steno Pool American "news media," none of this sat at all well with the American people who couldn't for the life of them understand what Nanner McBotox's SJW pork had to do with either the Chinese Flu or the effect that the Chinese Flu has had on their lives.
All they knew was that the Democrats used their personal family situations to advance a party agenda which couldn't be normally passed and they were pissed off about it. And, from what I've seen here and there, the American people still are which probably explains Nanner's quick cave.
Along with the giddy anticipation of listening to Joe Biden attempt to justify it.
