Crap like this is kind of why Josh Hawley kicked your ass, Claire. But I guess there's no point in you pretending to be a "moderate" any longer, is there?
I always wonder if these political types really believe these deliberate misquotations of Trump are true, or if they just say they do for propaganda reasons. Of course Trump never said the virus is a hoax. He said, accurately, that reports of US authorities mishandling the response to it are a hoax.
So, McCaskill is either uninformed, stupid, or a deliberate liar. Take your pick.
