The following doesn't apply to me. I live in St. Louis County, just west of the River Des Peres. Since St. Louis County is an entirely different legal entity than St. Louis City (there's a tedious, boring explanation for why if anyone wants to read it), Lyda's writ's no good here.

This shouldn't bother me much. I don't own an automobile, the reason why I live where I do is that there's a supermarket/pharmacy just across the street and that's been just about the only place I ever go for several years now. I'm used to social distancing.
