It may have drawn applause, but it also drew a rare very sharp tweet from Melania Trump, pointing out that dragging a minor child into a political conflict is not right. Karlan later issued a half-apology, not good enough.

That's what really bothers me about all this "Trump is a dictator" nonsense. When challenged to provide an example of Trump behaving like a dictator in office, they can't come up with one. And, no, his Twitter feed is not enough. That's free speech, just like theirs.
