Why would I want to do that? I recently submitted a "hold mail" request with the Post Office. First I had to create an account, then go through a verification process online involving a code to my cell phone, and then wait endlessly for the Post Office website, which is extremely slow. I don't think I'm going to be trusting these people with my fingerprints, nor the FBI.
