I saw a poll recently showing that Spanish-heritage people in the US strongly prefer either "latino" or "hispanic" as a description of their ancestry. "Latinx" isn't a word in either Spanish or English, nor is "womxn." Pandering to the latest weirdo terminology is no way to appeal to voters whom Kurt Schlichter calls "normals."
