The post on Deval Patrick has gone below the cutoff line here. Meanwhile, I was assuming that Patrick had acted to protect his wife's brother when they talked about his "brother-in-law." Nope. The man, Bernard Sigh, was convicted in 1993 of raping Patrick's SISTER, and Sigh was convicted once again earlier this year of raping Patrick's SISTER. My brother would actually defend me if someone raped me. Patrick isn't the man my brother is.
