Burn of the year.
An Alabama man charged with criminal mischief in the slashing of a towering “Baby Trump” balloon has defended his actions, saying it was a matter of good versus evil.
Al.com reports Hoyt Deau Hutchinson called the syndicated radio show “Rick & Bubba Show” on Monday to describe what happened. Hutchinson said he was shaking in anger when he drove past the balloon and its handlers Saturday during President Donald Trump’s visit to see Louisiana State play against the University of Alabama.
“It comes a point when you gotta take a stand. We don’t have two parties anymore. We have good versus evil. When you got one party that says it’s OK to kill babies and by the way, this is the first time I’ve ever seen a liberal get mad about chopping up a baby.”

I believe in free speech. This guy damaged their property because he didn't agree with them. So he'll have to face the consequences.
However, his response about liberals chopping up babies is awesome.
In a sane world, the guy would have to pay restitution for the slashed balloon, and maybe a small fine, but this is the US in 2019, so he'll probably face jail time.
Although, it Alabama, so maybe not.
"it is..."
I agree about facing the consequences. Let us not become entitled whining thugs like the left.
That said, the consequences should be, and perhaps in AL will be, proportionate to the act. Then again, whining thugs will, dare I say it, POUNCE on this from all over the country, though the backlash to that may well be downright entertaining for us and self-defeating for them...
TLM, I agree. Restitution for the balloon and maybe a fine would be plenty. It was in Alabama, so maybe that's what he'll get.
