What's irritating about Booty-gig (among other things) is that he's an extensively educated man who seldom if ever says anything that is not contrived and banal. Is it an act, or does he plumb the shallows of everything? (And of course, he's a meh business-as-usual failure as Mayor of South Bend, so why's he running for president?).
I am rather glad that running as the gay candidate hasn't worked for Mayor Pete. It's all he's got to offer.
He's in the set of five who have an outside chance of being nominated. It wouldn't surprise me if the nomination race devolves into a contest between him and Warren as the tech barons and casino bankers fund him to head off her. Sociopath Biden and his crooked, perverted, cocaine-addled son deserve the vaudeville cane from the electorate. Sanders is in uncertain health and the tech barons and casino bankers might just be more leery of him than they are of Warren. Kamala seems to be imploding. Her specialty is casting-couch auditions, and you really can't do that in front of an audience.
