You have to give Gavin Newsom this much. Only he can see losing 200,000 people, a trend which, if some comments at the link are any indication, shows no sign of abating, losing a congressional seat for the first time in California's history, a major increase in the state's homeless population and turning San Francisco into one of the world's most beautiful public toilets as positive accomplishments.
