He's also questioned Holocaust numbers so I wouldn't give him a slot for free. But I'm not the good people at The Bulwark Online so what do I know?
I don't have any time for The Bulwark and I think less of him for associating with them.
That he takes exception to some factual assertions in re Sandusky and Penn State doesn't bother me unless he's a prick about it in the process. (I though Louis Freeh in that situation as in others was scamming around; as far as I could see, McQueary and Paterno reported what they knew to the personnel responsible for making those calls and accepted the decisions of those corporate officers; not heroic, but satisfactory). If he's chowed down on the rubbish peddled by Mark Weber and David Irving (some of which Irving retracted), he's a bloody fool (and, likely, a bloody fool with animus). However, he offered this a couple of days ago, "So to you geniuses, 6,000,001 is “Holocaust Denial” then! I just never realized how dumb supposedly legitimate people were until Twitter was invented. I am sure the number is in that ballpark, but the reason it is rounded to a million is that no one knows the exact number #Duh". He was put through the mangle about five years ago for making a pedantic point about '6 million' being a round number.

This fellow Ziegler may have rather poor judgment in re certain controversies. I'm not sure how that makes him a horrible person.
