McConnell is reported to have said today that he does not have the votes to prevent calling more witnesses. However, I saw Sen. Rick Scott this evening on TV, and he said he thinks that after the two days of written questions, the Senate will not vote to call any witnesses the House didn't call.
Seems to me that before calling any additional witnesses, the Senate should demand the release of the testimony of the ICIG, which is being held to "protect" the so-called whistleblower.
