Happy New Decade Chris (and everyone else). A bar down the street from us was having a Roaring Twenties themed party last night--lots of Millenial types decked out in flapper costumes and such. Perhaps those fashions will make a comeback....
Seriously, I have no clue how that game's going to turn out. The idea that anybody could ever rack up 63 points against OU was literally inconceivable to me. When I was younger and MU was still in the Big Whatever It Used To Be Back Then, OU put up 77 points against MU once, against none for my Tigers, and that was how I thought life went. So some Tigers or other are going to be champions.
I'm guessing Underground means the Tigers from South Carolina. How are the commentators going to cope with not using the mascot names during the game? Tigers everywhere!
Actually, Katherine, with the "geaux," I'm pretty sure that undergroundpewster means the Tigers of Louisiana. State, specifically. Not a lot of French folks in South Carolina.

My father was a child during the last Roaring Twenties decade. We'll see how this one goes. Happy New Year!
Both my folks were. Looking forward to it. :-)

Make it a rip roaring twenties, geaux tigers!
Geaux MU Tigers? Can't argue with that. ;-)

Right now, I'm leaning LSU.

Yes, but I believe he lives in Upper South Carolina. Is he a traitor to the state??
I didn't realize that. I guess he means Clemson. Or that he'll be happy either way. 8^)
Sorry CJ. You can take the coonass out of the bayou, but you can't take the bayou out of the coonass.
I think LSU is likely to win, but we'll see. Anyhow, some Tigers will be national champs.
