As a Catholic who doesn't subscribe to the idea of survival of the fittest due to dignity of life and so forth, this kind of news still makes my head turn and question (for the very briefest of moments) whether some people are just too dumb to live.
With Trump Derangement Syndrome sufferers, and anti-vaxxers, this could be difficult. However, those of us at higher risk (over 65 and/or serious health issues) will get the vaccine, so if foolish people wish to take risks, they may. The good news is that, unlike all the other childhood vaccinations, omitting this one is very unlikely to put small children in danger.
