Dale, I think parts of California have been a third-world country for some time now. LA and San Fran operate like oligarchies or plutocracies, with the rest of Cali more like the Balkans in 1914.
Unless the Dems can manufacture enough votes to make up for a 13% deficit, it looks like Republicans may have flipped a congressional district in suburban LA. Orange County is outraged by the cheating in 2018 and by the beach closures.

Got that right. I think it'll still be a while before things break wide open but when they do, we may not recognize what's left.
Civil disobedience is a natural and reasonable response to tyranny.
The policies in CA are making it a third world county.
