I would love to see Harvard Yard used for "Section 8" housing.
I guess Mass could zone some of HY commercial, put in a lot of hipster boutiques and bistros, mix in some restaurants and sports bars and make out like bandits. Think of it. A vegan restaurant called Harvard Law School.
