This was done so wrong, in so many places. I knew my husband and I would be in quarantine, because we're 71. It makes very little sense to have under-50s in quarantine in most cases, and it's tremendously destructive. Plus, New York not only failed to protect its nursing home and assisted living residents, it took active steps to put them at risk of death. Horrible.
