Yes, and that means 26 don't represent former Confederate states.
It's been 155 years, CNN.
Plus, various twitter sages point out that there were eleven states officially in the Confederacy, making a possible total of 22 senators. Harwood has since corrected his count to 23, but has no explanation for how he reached that total.
